A Liberal win in a federal byelection in Ontario before the holidays has some Conservatives feeling a little blue — and a little worried about where the NDP's vote went. 

The early results from a Greater Toronto Area byelection on Monday, December 12, 2022, suggested an imminent return to government for former Ontario finance minister Charles Sousa — this time as a federal member of Parliament.
