Canada Workers Benefit

The federal government has no immediate plans to cut prices at the pump by offering Canadians a temporary reprieve from the federal gas tax, Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson said on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

The three main federal party leaders marked Labour Day with promises of better working conditions and more benefits for Canadian workers, along with additional supports for businesses.

The new year brings with it tax changes at the federal level that will affect just about every Canadian, as well as small businesses.
