TC Energy buys Pioneer Pipeline for $255 million
TransAlta Corp. and its partner Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. have signed a deal to sell the Pioneer Pipeline to a subsidiary of TC Energy Corp. for $255 million.
