B.C. privacy watchdog has rejected a provincial Liberal party request to investigate allegations the NDP breached personal information protection laws for sharing voter supporter lists.
The BC Liberals say the party will co-operate fully with an Elections BC review of potential Election Act violations involving indirect political donations by lobbyists.
