About Alain Branchaud
Alain Branchaud is a biologist and executive director of SNAP Quebec. He joined the team in 2015, bringing with him 20 years of experience in conservation. Previously, he worked on developing Environment Canada's Species at Risk program. He is also the co-founder of the Rescousse Project, whose mission was to raise awareness of Quebec's threatened and vulnerable species and fundraise for their protection.

Ads for guns and tobacco are banned, so if we take biodiversity and the climate crisis seriously, shouldn’t we ban ads for other products that harm the environment?
