Elise Burgert is an undergraduate student pursuing a joint major in Business and Environment at SFU. She plans to study law after finishing her undergraduate degree so she can effect change in corporate regulation and policy to lead Canada towards environmental and social sustainability. She is also a young writer who enjoys writing novels, opinion pieces, satire and analytic journalism.
