About Forrest Berman-Hatch
Forrest Berman-Hatch is a freelance writer from Cortes Island, on the unceded territories of the Klahoose, Homolco and Tla’amin nations. He is a graduate from the University of British Columbia. Aside from writing he has worked on various coastal community adaptation projects, and has worked seasonally as a guide, deck-hand, archeological field surveyor and treeplanter. He has volunteered for the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative.
