Kerrie Blaise is a practicing environmental and Indigenous rights lawyer, a member of the International Nuclear Law Association, and founder of Legal Advocates for Nature’s Defence. She practices energy law specific to nuclear regulation and frequently represents public interest litigants in matters before the federal court, and in environmental assessment and licensing hearings. Blaise has also been published in peer-reviewed, international law texts on the topics of civil nuclear emergency preparedness and sustainability impacts of small modular reactors.
