Neal Rockwell is an investigative journalist and photographer. He holds a BFA in photography from the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver and an MFA in Documentary Media from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Common subjects that he covers include economic issues, the environment and housing, specifically the way finance has come to dominate rental housing. He explores the material impacts of abstract global economic and technological forces on local landscapes and communities.
